We do not offer refunds. Instead, we put the effort into offering a genuinely good product: you can see labelled sample-data screenshots of the real app on our home page, read exactly what's included, and run the free practice mode from day one. Please make sure Tradexa is right for you before you buy. The annual plan can be cancelled anytime — you simply won't be billed again, and your access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
