Tradexa is digital software with instant, full access the moment your payment is confirmed — including the market tools, the Auto-Pilot fleet, backtesting, and every member feature. Because access is delivered immediately and can't be "returned," all charged periods (monthly or annual) are non-refundable.
The 14-day free trial can be cancelled at any time before the first charge at no cost. Once a monthly or annual period has been charged, that period is non-refundable, but you can cancel so no further period is charged and keep access until the paid period ends.
Bought on iPhone? If you subscribed inside the iPhone app, your subscription is billed by Apple through your Apple Account, not by us. Manage or cancel it in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions; cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds for App Store purchases are requested from and decided by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — we cannot issue them, but email [email protected] and we will help you make the request.
We want you to be sure before you pay. If you're on the fence, email [email protected] with your questions first — a real person answers, and we'd rather help you decide than take a sale you'll regret. Inside the app, Practice mode lets you run the bots with fake money and real prices before you ever risk a dollar.
You can cancel your Annual plan at any time to stop future renewals — email support and we'll turn off auto-renew. You keep access through the end of the term you already paid for. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the current term.
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or believe there was a genuine billing error, contact [email protected] right away. We'll investigate and correct any actual duplicate or erroneous charge — that's separate from a change-of-mind refund.
Tradexa is a software subscription, not an investment. Your subscription fee is for access to the tools; it is unrelated to any trading gains or losses in your own brokerage account. Trading results are never a basis for a refund. See our Risk Disclosure.
