Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer

Last updated: July 13, 2026

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your money. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

Tradexa is a tool, not an advisor

Tradexa AI provides software, data, and automation. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner. Nothing on this platform — no bot decision, score, "best setup," AI answer, backtest, or article — is a recommendation or personalized advice. You are a self-directed trader making your own decisions with your own money in your own brokerage account.

Automation risk

Options & crypto

Options can expire worthless and lose 100% of the premium paid; premiums swing violently and can move against you instantly, including from the bid-ask spread the moment you enter. Crypto trades 24/7, is highly volatile, and is less regulated. Both require the appropriate approvals and agreements at your broker, and both can lose your entire stake quickly.

Simulated & past performance

Practice ("sim") mode uses fake money with real prices; its results are hypothetical and do not reflect real fills, slippage, or fees. Backtests and any track records are hypothetical or historical and have inherent limitations. Past and simulated performance do not guarantee — or even suggest — future results. No profit is ever promised.

You are responsible

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your broker settings and approvals, tax consequences, and compliance with the laws and rules that apply to you. If you are unsure whether trading — or any specific strategy — is appropriate for you, consult a licensed financial professional before trading.

We built Tradexa to be honest about what it can and can't do. If a feature can't be backed by real data, we say so rather than fake it. But honesty about the tool doesn't remove the risk of trading — that risk is always yours.
