Tradexa AI ("Tradexa," "we," "us") is a subscription software platform that provides market data tools, analytics, automation ("Auto-Pilot" bots), backtesting, and educational features. You control every setting. When you enable a bot in a real-money mode, it sends orders to your own brokerage account through the API keys you provide. We never take custody of your funds and never trade a house account on your behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts and to trade the instruments you choose in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all laws and with your broker's rules (including pattern-day-trading, options-approval levels, and crypto agreements).
Tradexa integrates with third-party brokers (such as Alpaca) that you connect with your own API keys. Your relationship with your broker is governed by their agreement. We are not responsible for your broker's execution, fills, outages, margin decisions, fees, or account actions. You are responsible for reviewing your own positions and orders at your broker, which is always the source of truth for your money.
Nothing produced by Tradexa — including bot decisions, scores, "best setups," AI assistant answers, backtests, or educational posts — is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. Automated strategies execute rules you select; they do not know your full financial situation and are not a substitute for professional advice. All decisions are yours.
Don't: break the law; attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service; probe or bypass security or other users' data; resell or white-label access; or use the platform to mislead others (for example, presenting simulated results as real). We may throttle or suspend abusive use.
The Tradexa software, design, and written content are ours and protected by law. You keep ownership of the settings, notes, and data you enter; you grant us the limited right to store and process it to run the service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Market data comes from third-party sources and can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Software can have bugs and downtime. Tradexa is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant any profit, result, uptime, or that data is accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradexa and its team are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including bot behavior, data errors, missed or duplicate orders, downtime, or broker issues. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.
You may stop using Tradexa any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for conduct that risks the platform or other members. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by nature should survive (payment owed, disclaimers, liability limits) survive.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Tradexa operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
